How does it work?

Your vehicles are tracked by GPS satellite and linked via the web to your office providing you with live tracking data straight to your PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad or Android Smartphone. With the vehicle tracking device installed you can quickly see where your vehicles are located, routes driven, fuel used per journey, and driving style including speeding, harsh steering, harsh braking and engine idling time.

With options for a drivers navigation and messaging screen you can be assured the driver is on the best route to avoid traffic jams.

We provide integration for electronic job dispatch with routing and fuel monitoring, this real-time information brings control of your fleet back into your office. Helping you and your staff “work smarter” and save on costs such as overtime payments, fuel bills, miles driven and wasted time, while actually improving productivity, driver safety and customer service levels.

Webfleet

WEBFLEET is the online fleet and order management application from Pathfinder managing over 500,000 subscribed vehicles for 50,000 customers. WEBFLEET is available 24 hours a day and has everything you need to manage your vehicles and drivers online. You can create working time or journey reports, send and receive messages, coordinate movements and generally manage your field service or delivery operations seamlessly from the office.

Reporting

Journey replay screen and a suit of printable reports give you access to both real-time and historical journey data on start and end time, parked location, distance driven, driving time and vehicle stationary with engine still running time and location. Reports can easily be scheduled for automatic e-mail to be sent to you and key managers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Dashboard View

Trip and vehicle data from your fleet is neatly presented in a graphic dashboard. This gives you a visual representation of KPI’s affecting your service levels, productivity and costs including fuel usage, so that you can quickly see what’s going on and where there’s room for improvement. It lets you set benchmarks for each KPI and assess individual and group performance against them.
